All orders must include a completed order form. L/L Design Studio reserves the right to edit property information if lack of space becomes an issue.
CANCELLATION FEE: There is a $15.00 cancellation fee for postcards and a $25.00 cancellation fee for flyers, once work has been started, plus original layout fee if applicable.
PRINT APPROVAL: We ask that you provide us with a written approval once a proof has been received. All errors are then the responsibility of the agent.
WRITTEN APPROVAL can be in the form of a Fax or Email. The agent is responsible for the approvals sent by office assistants, transactions coordinators, or designee. Once written approval has been received, your order will be scheduled to print the next day.
Minor alterations such as price change or phone number change before printing are complimentary, but additional changes may incur additional charges. Excessive changes may also incur fees.
All orders (including postcards) are kept on file and are the property of L/L Design Studio. While the actual file is not available for purchase, a 'print only' PDF file will be provided upon request.
CUSTOM TEMPLATES: (usually $10-$25/page) will be priced on an individual basis. A deposit may be necessary for special orders. Rush order fees (minimum $10.00) will be individually determined based on the circumstances.
PHOTOS: are scanned at no charge. Original scanned items are available by email upon request and do not include editing. Digital photos scanned and placed on diskette or CD ROM will incur minor charges. A service charge may apply if you request we send the photo (by email) to other companies for their production.
All original photos are returned with your original order. If returned after original order, all shipping will be through USPS or UPS at the discretion of L/L Design Studio.
ARTWORK & PHOTO EDITING, scanned photos and documents that require additional editing for production may incur an additional charge. Example: ("take the car out of the driveway"). Photo editing, can be time consuming. Unsuitable digital photos will be discussed before printing.
PRINT QUALITY: Due to variances in the printing process (i.e. temperature, humidity, ink levels etc.) quantity and color consistency may vary slightly (5%+/-).
CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS: should be made payable to L/L Design Studio. Payment is due at the time of order and may be in the form of check, money order or PayPal. Returned checks (NSF) will be charged a $25.00 fee. All overdue balances are subject to a 21.6% APR, with a $10.00 monthly minimum finance charge. Monthly statements that reflect the above finance charge will be sent for 4 months. After 4 months, the balance will be automatically referred to a Collection Service for further action.
COPYRIGHT LAWS: L/L Design Studio observes all copyright laws and only accepts orders for reproduction with the strict understanding that the client has the legal right (ownership) to copy said material. Customer holds L/L Design Studio blameless and indemnifies us from all costs, attorney's fees and judgments from claims or lawsuits resulting from any copyright infringement. All material designed by L/L Design Studio is copyrighted and is protected by law.
